During this grace period, you can easily activate the Home & Storage Vault ($8.99/mo or $79/yr) to retain perpetual QR search, or export your complete offline backup. On day 121 (or 211), image binaries and cloud ledger rows are permanently purged to eliminate ongoing server costs and protect your privacy.
What happens if someone scans a physical QR sticker on an expired box?
If an expired or purged box QR code is scanned, our system displays a polite branded notice: "This box inventory was archived in accordance with our 90-day retention policy. [Start New Box / Sign In]". To retain permanent QR search for attic, garage, or long-term storage, simply maintain an active Home & Storage Vault.
Can I export an offline archive before my pass expires?
