Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 16, 2026 • Effective Immediately
1. Information We Collect
We believe in minimal data collection. We collect only what is strictly necessary to provide and validate Snap-to-Invent:
- Pre-Order & Billing Data: When reserving early access, payments are processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We never store or transmit your raw credit card numbers or financial credentials on our servers.
- Feedback & Contact Information: If you submit inquiries or feedback through our contact modal, we collect your name, email, and message content to respond to your request.
- Box Inventory & Image Data: Photographed box items are processed locally in your browser (with client-side downscaling to 1024px WebP) and analyzed via vision models. During early demo phases, item ledger state is retained locally on your device in `localStorage`.
- Technical Logs: Serverless edge infrastructure may log anonymous IP addresses, browser user-agents, and timestamps to enforce anti-abuse rate limits.
2. How We Use & Protect Information
We use collected information solely to: (A) confirm pre-order reservations; (B) provide access to early software versions; (C) safeguard our systems against malicious abuse or denial-of-service attacks; and (D) notify you of official product launches if you opted in.
We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information to third parties or advertising brokers.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We partner with trusted infrastructure and security vendors who maintain industry-standard security certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS):
- Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing and pre-order deposit vaults.
- Vercel, Inc. — Serverless cloud hosting, SSL certificates, and edge delivery.
- Google Cloud / Gemini API — Vision intelligence inference for box itemization.
4. Data Retention, User Rights & Deletion
You maintain full ownership of your personal data. In compliance with modern privacy standards (including GDPR and CCPA):
- You may request a complete export or permanent deletion of your contact records at any time.
- Transactional prototype data on expired move passes is purged in accordance with our 90/180-day retention schedule plus 30-day grace period.
- To request data deletion, contact us through the in-app feedback channel or via our administrator contact address.
5. Children's Privacy & Policy Updates
Our services are directed strictly to businesses, professionals, and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates will be posted directly to this URL with an updated effective date.
